Dennis H Chevalier Arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Dennis Howard Chevalier a.k.a. Denny H Chevalier, was arrested on February 27, 2018, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

"This man, as those of us on This Ain't Hell have suspected, is unhinged. The chances are strong that he's going to send his next date to the emergency room... Or to the morgue." - thebesig

Be taken to justice for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon?
Or will it take a woman being beaten or shot?

As a recap, he's a phony veteran. He is also a phony Gulf War veteran, a phony retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, a phony police SWAT veteran, and a phony PhD holder. He only did short stints with the police force. He did most of his "law enforcement" as private security such as guarding ATM operations.

If you are reading this, chances are you have questions about him and subsequently ran a search. Trust your gut feelings, here's why.

He has anger, control, and narcissistic issues

Dennis Chevalier is driven by anger issues, control issues, stress issues, narcissism, etc. Things have to absolutely, positively, go his way. His modus operandi starts "innocent", then builds up.

He will start by being "nice" and saying the right things to you. Denny Howard will make you feel like "you are finally the one". It won't be long before he talks you into getting married, even though you have been in a relationship for a short period of time.

The first signs, substantiating your gut feelings, may come from friends and family. Listen to them.

Should you marry him, the gloves come off. His true colors will rapidly come out. He will go from being your "Mr. Right" to being the epitome of the very guy perfect for, "Who the (Bleep) Did I Marry?"

As soon as that wedding ring comes on, he will have his profile back up on dating sites. He has to have women "on the side". It's about conquest and control.

He has a plan that involves him using you, while he indulges with other women. Dennis will guard that plan like a mother hen guards her eggs. He acts like he is entitled to this arrangement.

You will suspect things going on, and your confronting him will enrage him. He will even engage in "gas lighting" and make you think that you are the problem. Never mind, that with his previous relationships, he was the cause of the problem, and the problem itself:

"I watched him sit on the couch play with loaded guns pretending to shoot things around our living room. He becames violent when he gets exposed like this. He was throwing things screaming at me like I was the one that caused his problems. - fedupexwifeofdhc on This Aint Hell

When you question his actions and motives, he feels like he is losing control. It gives him a sense that his plan is about to fall apart. His sense of control kicks in. He will get confrontational when you decide to leave him.

He pulled a gun on a woman, and on his son, when his ex-wife wanted to leave him:

"I kept questioning him on why his son, who is 16 years old, would need his mother to stay with him when he would visit. I did not know at the time, the divorce decree states Dennis (Denny) Chevalier's visitation has to be supervised due to the fact he held a gun on his ex-wife and his son." - fedupexwifeofdhc on This Aint Hell
"She said she tried to leave and he pulled a gun on them." - fedupexwifeofdhc on This Aint Hell

If he could do this to his own son, he won't have qualms about treating you the same. He even threatened to put a round into an ex-fiancé's head when she left him.

If you have that creepy feeling about him, listen

Trust your instincts. His ex-wives, ex-fiancé's, and ex-girlfriends describe him as having charisma and a charming character. They compared him to a salesman that could sell blocks of ice, to an igloo neighborhood in the far north, in the middle of winter.

If you have that creepy feeling when interacting with him, or reading about him, or have your doubts... Run. Do not continue with meeting him. If you have met him, and get this feeling, disengage... Leave.

Your subconscious senses the danger, hence your doubts

If you are religious, just see that gut instinct as your guardian angel steering you away from him.

If you're not religious, but believe in spirits, then see that gut instinct as your soul guide and members of your soul group guiding you away from him.

If you believe in things like karma, your gut instinct about him has pass karmic implications... Meaning Dennis Howard Chevalier and you are not meant to fulfill your long-term companionship or marriage hopes.

If you do not believe in any of these, then simply trust your gut instinct, your intuition, your "sixth sense", your family, and your friends. If you don't, you will regret not doing so.

Trust the reason that you're reading this

Did you land here because you googled "Denny Chevalier" or "Dennis Chevalier", or something similar?

Know that we are telling the truth and that we are right. He will attempt to tell you that we are out to get him, that we are "terrorists", "bullies", or that we have some other issues. He will tell you that a disgruntled ex-wife, ex-fiancé, or ex-girlfriend is trying to destroy him. He'll explain that they are spreading misinformation against him. He will tell you that we are all "lying".

Don't believe him!

These women had the same doubts about him that you are experiencing now. They had their gut instinct say, "No." But, they disregarded that instinct. Against their gut feelings, they gave him the benefit of the doubt. They believed his claims that everybody else was lying about him.

Denny Howard ended up putting them through living hell. Some left fearing for their lives.

His descriptions of his ex-wives, ex-fiancé's, ex-girlfriends, and of those of us that hammered him on This Aint Hell, ended up being perfect descriptions of who he is.

He squeezes out of most police involvements

Dennis has a track record of being controlling toward his women. He has a track record of women complaining about him committing assault and battery against them. He also has a track record of police complaints made against him.

Unfortunately, nothing substantive was done. Just as he can convince you to disregard your gut feelings about him, he can convince law enforcement not to carry through with either arresting him or charging him. But, even they can't ignore his growing history of assault.

Consequently, we have Denny's February 27, 2018 arrest

Dennis Howard Chevalier's being arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon comes as no surprise.

Listen to your gut instincts. Do your research. Google his name, as well as the other names that he uses. Contact his ex-wives, ex-fiancé's, and ex-girlfriends. Collectively, they've advanced very similar complaints about him.

Each new relationship that he gets into could be the one where he finally snaps. If this happens, the woman, possibly you, could either end up in the emergency room, or worse... In the morgue.

Do not become that statistic

It's better to listen to your instincts, intuition, doubts, etc., with regards to Denny Chevalier. Those previous women were lucky. The next one that makes the same mistake that these previous women did, regarding disregarding their gut feelings, risks becoming a statistic.

Changing his outer appearance instead of changing his character.
He may grow out additional hair, wear a cap, use hair dye, etc.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier isn't a Mistaken Phony Veteran Case

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier implies that his personal situation is similar to that of this veteran. On his own blog, Denny argued that he only did 20 days in the Texas National Guard.

In this Facebook entry, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier laments that those that post on This Ain't Hell should be "shot". The man, in the photo, is an actual Vietnam War veteran. A couple of Marines confronted him and accused him of being a poser. When Dennis expressed outrage, he wasn't doing it on behalf of the man in the photo. He was doing it for himself.

Although the man in the photo was an actual Vietnam War veteran, he did not properly place his awards on his suit. For example, only one award needs to be displayed in cases where a veteran has received that same award multiple times. Also, you don't wear medals and ribbons at the same time.

Usually, during an award ceremony where the awardee is in uniform with ribbons, they would have the medal pinned underneath the ribbons. This is only acceptable during the award ceremony. On conclusion of the award ceremony, the medal must be removed and placed in a safe area.

The applicable ribbon would be added to the ribbon rack. If this is a subsequent award, the appropriate service device would be added to the ribbon that's already on the rack. The Marines were not in the wrong in suspecting that he was a poser given that simple mistake. However; they errored in the way they handled the situation.

Too many veterans don't realize this, but if they put the uniform on, or place awards on formal civilian attire, they are still subject to the applicable uniform regulations of their parent service.

At least this guy was an actual veteran who served in Vietnam. When Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier expressed outrage over this, he was attempting to put himself in the same category. He was implying that he too was an actual military veteran who served in war, who "mistakenly" was called out a poser. Using this inductive fallacy, he erroneously labeled those Marines as "This Ain't Hell" posters.

His goal was to insinuate that he was also falsely accused of being a phony veteran. Not only is that insinuation wrong, he is doing it in a way that is deceiving towards his friends and family on Facebook.

Even on his own blog, Denny Chevalier argues that he only did 20 days in the Texas National Guard. The document that he posted indicated that he was discharged for fraudulent enlistment. He didn't even make it to One Station Unit Training/Basic Combat Training.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Lies About His Discharge from the Texas State Guard

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier edits a message to fit his argument. Note that the date on the letter is May 4, 2014.
Denny attempted to deflect rumors that he got kicked out of the Texas State Guard (TSG) with a blog post. In that blog post is a screen capture of an alleged email from his then Commanding Officer, COL Howard N. Palmer, TSG. The date of this message was on May 4, 2014.

In the body of the email, Mr. Palmer "assures" Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier that he had not made a decision on Denny's discharge. That, once he made a decision, he would notify Denny of his decision. If anybody says otherwise, they were "spitting in the wind".

However, in the discharge letter that he received from Mr. Palmer, Dennis Chevalier is informed of his general discharge. The date on that discharge paper is May 3, 2014. This letter is a formal letter informing Denny that he was officially discharged. It also informed him that he was permanently barred from rejoining the TSG.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier officially notified of his discharge from the Texas State Guard. Date on the letter, May 3, 2014.

How could Mr. Palmer not know of his decision yet, when he had already generated an official letter informing Denny that he was no longer in the Texas State Guard? The reality is that Mr. Palmer had made a decision, and would have already had that letter in the mail.

What actually happened is that Denny Chevalier forwarded a message that he got from Mr. Palmer to one of his commercial emails. Then, going into the sent folder, he edits the message to make it look like Mr. Palmer said something else. The original message may have informed him that his discharge was official. This message took place on May 4, the day after Dennis Chevalier's official discharge from the TSG.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Claims 34 Years of Law Enforcement

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier continues to embellish his experiences. This time, he's claiming over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Without clarification, this leaves the impression that he has over 30 years of active police experience.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier continues to make his embellished claims. In a recent posting, he claimed he had 34 years in law enforcement. In reality, he's stretching the truth.

Dennis Howard Chevalier is a "security guard for hire" who does things like guard private parking lots or similar property. At one point in time, he was a reserve police officer. However, he only served a short amount of time at each of the police departments that he served at.

He does not have that much time in as a police officer, or as a traditional law enforcement officer. His stretching his law enforcement experience that way is similar to an "Airsoft" commando claiming to have extensive military experience despite not having military experience.

HOOAH is associated with the Army. If it's used within the organized state militia, it's not as known as the Army using it. As with the law enforcement insinuation, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier leaves out a lot of information so that unsuspecting readers would think that he was part of  an Army or militia outfit, or that he has extensive experience in those outfits.

Also, in his other posting, he uses the Army "HOOAH" statement followed by "fellow warrior." The implication there is that he had extensive background as a member of the National or State Guard.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier spent 20 days in the Texas National Guard waiting to get discharged for fraudulent enlistment. He spent two through three years in the Texas State Guard, but was discharged with a general discharge. His attitude created a hostile working environment.

While he goes around pretending that he is something that he is not, to cover for failures in his life, one of his EXs purchased herself a new home as the sole owner. It's amazing the amount of money one could save up that Denny would have otherwise wasted.

Edited, August 3, 2015, to add the following:

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier on the job. This is a photo that he took, posted on his "The Centre" Facebook page. His client is to your left in this photo, not covered. Who's watching the guy adding money to the ATMs while Denny pretends to be a tourist?

Military Phonies Blog Updates Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier post

One of the things that these posers and embelishers don't realize is that veterans will close ranks after the military just as they do in the military. With my consent, the Military Phonies blog picked up on some of the articles on this blog:

https://militaryphonies.wordpress.com/2014/02/16/dennis-chevalier-retired-lt-col-u-s-air-force-poser-blog-of-shame/

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier is still up to his games, we veterans are constantly on his trail.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier, Not a Mistaken Stolen Valor Case

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier implies that the same thing happened to him. The reality? That Marine's situation, and Dennis's situation, are different. Denny got called out for his phony veteran claims.

Dennis Howard Chevalier and "This Ain't Hell" engaged in debate for months with regards to Denny's stolen valor claims. The "This Ain't Hell" community thoroughly explained to him that his military service claims do not reflect reality with regards to military service.

On Facebook, Denny Chevalier shares a post from the Washington Post. In this article, someone erroneously called out a Marine veteran for stolen valor.

It turned out that this Marine veteran was wearing formerly issued uniform items. He even advanced a good point: who would want to pretend to be a Lance Corporal with no combat experience?

On his commentary, Dennis Howard Chevalier laments that "they" mess this up all the time. Also, with regards to this "messing up," he should know. He's implying that he was falsely accused of stolen valor.

The reality?

It's a fact that Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier did the following:

* Claimed to be retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel (LTC)
* Claimed to have flown U.S. Air Force C-130s
* Claimed to have flown U.S. Air Force C-130 compass call missions during the Gulf War
* Claimed to have received cancer as a result of his "Gulf War" experiences
* Claimed to be a member of a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) veteran for the Wilmar Police Department

Those claims have thoroughly been proven wrong. Even on his own blog, Denny Chevalier admitted to only doing 20 days in the Texas National Guard. Those 20 days were spent waiting to be discharged for fraudulent enlistment.

He did not even ship out to Basic Combat Training.

When confronted with these facts, Dennis Howard Chevalier said that he never made those claims. He blamed a hacker for going on the Internet and doing that for him.

On his blog, he tried to make it look like we were accusing him of making false claims. Among these "false" claims? That he claimed to be a retired Civil Air Patrol (CAP) LTC, a former member of the police, and a member of the Texas State Guard.

We repeatedly pointed out to him that we understood that he was a retired CAP LTC, a former police number, and, at the time, serving in the Texas State guard. Those facts stood out, we did not challenge them.

We called Dennis Howard Chevalier out on his claiming to be a Gulf War veteran that flew C-130 compass call missions. We called him out on his claims to be a retired U.S. Air Force LTC. We called him out on his claims of being a SWAT veteran.

He denied making the military veteran claims, blaming a hacker of doing it instead. He continues to claim that he was indeed a SWAT team veteran. The problem with that claim? The department, who he claimed to be a SWAT member for, is too small to have a SWAT team. It did not have a SWAT team during the time Dennis Howard Chevalier worked there.

A member of the "This Ain't Hell" posting community verified that with the Wilmer Police Department Chief.

A former spouse jumped onto "This Ain't Hell" and informed us of her experiences with Denny Chevalier. She stated that she heard him make his phony military claims to his students.

Freudian slip, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Describes Himself

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier describes himself as he describes the women in the above screen capture. He posted the photo prior to that, he's the one that liked it.

One hot button item that popped up during the exchange between Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier, and This Ain't Hell, was the fact that he was married six times. As of this post, seven times. His ex-wives, ex-fiancé's, ex-dates, etc., have described him the same way.

He starts off as a charismatic and approachable fellow. He has a "harmless" behavior, even one that draws the women to him. In fact, he's the type of person that could sell blocks of ice to Eskimos in the middle of winter. But, this doesn't last long.

He sweet talked his dates into getting married real fast. The reason? He cannot stay nice long.

As soon as the vows are made, and the marriage gets underway, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier's true self comes out. He becomes a control freak with anger and stress management issues. He will bleed his wife of all her earnings.

He ends up losing his jobs and becoming a stay at home husband. He will eat most of your food, spend all your money, and give you a hard time.

In short, he becomes an abusive, manipulative, and dangerous spouse. There's a trend during his posts about his past dates and wives. He ends up describing himself when he thinks that he's hammering the former women of his life. What he states in the above screen capture is precisely who he is.

Center post, he wishes that he could say that the slats broke because of sex. But, since it's the Internet... Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier reveals one of the things that drives his making false claims

Those that have seen the Denny Chevalier posts on "This Ain't Hell" and on this blog would not be surprised that his bed slats broke.

From this blog's article titled, "Mac et al, The Troops are Welfare Whores, Interview Part II," dated May 8, 2015:

"Narrator: Dennis Howard Chevalier slumbers over to the empty chair by Adrian Parks. He takes a seat. The material in the seat makes protesting noises as if they were going to buckle in.

"Good Idea Fairy: Okay Mac, let's get back to you. Why do you say that the troops are welfare whores?

"Mac: In society, you have the wealth generators, and the leeches. The military is part of the leach group. They get paid with the money forcefully taken from the wealth generators.

"Narrator: Right at this moment, the noise of Dennis Howard Chevalier's chair started to get stronger. When, all of a sudden, CRRAAACK, WHOOMP BUMP...

"Dennis Howard Chevalier's chair breaks and Dennis Howard Chevalier's chair collapsed onto the floor. Dennis Howard Chevalier falls back. His combat pilot hat falls off his head and skitters across the floor. Everybody sees the "Hollywood" label on it rotate into and out of view." - Writer Cubed

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Shows His Desire to Repeatedly Beat Women

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier exposes his true colors in this Craigslist post.
Deep down inside, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier has violent tendencies. He has anger, stress, control, and other issues.

He has demonstrated these tendencies, both overt and covertly, during his commentaries. Shortly after Andra Lorenz dumped him, he went on Dallas Rants and Raves to let out how he truly felt.

In one CL post, he suggests that if women continue to treat men the way they have been treating men, they may end up getting their butts kicked and beaten. He ends his rant with a "suggestion". In this suggestion, he "recommends" that these women "pretend" that the next man that they are with would "kill" them if they mistreated him.

By extension, they would "avoid" playing their games against men as if they were avoiding future harm.

Although the intention here was not that of murder, deep down inside he felt extreme rage. While he was writing that, a series of emotions were boiling to the point that he could easily be set off in a violent mood.

While in this mood, one "wrong" action would make him "fly off the handle." Once that happened, he would unleash his fury on the woman he felt had "wronged" him.

Granted, both men and women will play games with each other. Women play their game a specific way, and men will play their games in another specific way.

In Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier's mindset, he has a feeling of "lost control." There is a strong, primal desire to make things "right." Or, to regain control. In his mind, this kind of "wrongdoing" by the woman who doesn't do things his way in his favor is subject to his administering her a physical butt kicking.

One common theme, among Dennis Howard Chevalier's 7 marriages, is Dennis's verbal and physical abuse. Denny is prone to engaging in verbal and physical bullying. His sixth and seventh ex-wives escaped their marriage to him fearing for their lives.

Dennis is a ticking time bomb. If you are a woman, reading this information because you came across his advertisements, or he has responded to yours, run. Do not even give him a second thought. There's plenty of information on him on this blog and on the military blog "This Ain't Hell" for you to look over before you make a decision.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier is becoming more unstable. The longer he remains without a girlfriend, the more sense of loss of control he feels. This fuels up and builds up inside him. This means that the next woman that becomes unlucky enough to start a relationship with him faces danger.

She will wake up to his true nature. She will react accordingly. When this happens, she increases her vulnerability to receiving harm. There is a reasonable expectation that he will send his next girlfriend/wife to the emergency room or to the morgue.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Stalks Andra Lorenz

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier insists that the "problem" is with his ex fiance. He asks her if she has figured out if she "needed" help, then offers to help her get it.

Andra Lorenz starts her New Year's (2015) right by dumping Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier.

Denny Chevalier's pride blinds him to the realities of his relationships. In almost every instance, he misinterprets his ex-wives/ex-girlfriend's reactions to him. When they react negatively to his controlling nature, his abusive tendencies, and his attitude problems, he attributes that to them changing.

He sees himself as a "constant." He assumes that there is "nothing" wrong with him.

It's as if he had "taken a dump" in the middle of the community park. In this scenario, people tell him that he shouldn't be relieving himself in the park like that, that his poo stinks, that he was causing health issues, and that his actions contributed to other negative impacts. In this scenario, he'd accuse these people of being obsessed with him and for bothering him for no reason.

Basically put, he doesn't think that his "poo" stinks.

So, when these women had enough of Dennis Chevalier's abusive, controlling, insecure, behavior, and they leave him, he doesn't see that they are done. He assumes that they are going through a temporary phase, and that they do not truly want to get rid of him.

In his latest case, the fact that half a year had gone by since Andra Lorenz dumped him does not faze him. Normally, if he were to find another date, he would leave his previous date/ex-wife alone.

After six months of trying multiple dating sites, and failing to get a new girlfriend, he returns to try to graze his ex-fiancé with his arrogance. His way of trying to get back with her? He sends her a text stating the following:

"well [sic] have you figured out yet you need help ? I can sill [sic] help you get it" [sic] -- Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier

In Dennis Howard Chevalier's mind, a woman that has problems with his control, narcissistic, and other issues "has" a "problem." In his mind, Denny Chevalier thinks that if these women "get help," they will go back to the way they were when they first met.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier labels anybody, that identifies him in a way that hurts his ego and feelings, as people that "need help".

"This group at TAH are, as suspected a bunch of mentally ill abusers that need medication and help  and should be prayed for" - Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier, bottom sentence in photo

Andra Lorenz caught Dennis Howard Chevalier spiking her drink with Valium. Denny figured that Valium would "calm her down." By extension, she would not be reactive to his abusive and hotheaded nature.

His sixth ex-wife suspected that Dennis Howard Chevalier was spiking her drink and food as well. She had no proof that he did so, but she had strong suspicions. When she left him, her energy and strength returned:

"I had to run for my life because I believe he was giving me something and making me ill! I was so sick I was begging him to take me to the hospital and he refused! I was in horrific pain and on the floor and he would not take me. Said I'll get over it! I have no proof but speculation, because as soon as I left him I was doing better!" -- fedupexwifeofdhc

All I have is the above screen capture of a phone number and the text. However, he has repeatedly screamed about people needing to get help. During his back and forth with the posters of This Ain't Hell (TAH), military blog, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier consistently stated that the veterans needed help.

Second to bottom sentence, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier suggests that we leave the world to those who have "stepped up" for those that "cannot help themselves."

"OMG you need mental help!" - Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier, between statements 12 and 13.

Mac et al, The Troops are Welfare Whores, Interview Part I

Good Idea Fairy: The focus of this group Facebook TV interview is to get to the bottom of the anti-military aspects of Mac's goals with his websites, and to cover the interest areas of a couple other groups here... Looks like we have one or more interviewees running late.

I'd like to get started with the interview.

I'm the Good Idea Fairy. One of our guests didn't want to come in if this interview were to be done by Hans Fallada over at "This Ain't Hell." So, I'm filling in for him. This interview was moved over to one of the Facebook studios.

Starting with Mac, were going to go around the table and let the guests introduce themselves. So Mac, tell us a little about yourself.

Mac: I'm Mac, I run the following Facebook groups:

The Troops Are Welfare Whores
The Police Are Welfare Whores
The Constitution Sucks
Americans against the United States of America

I also run other similar-nature Facebook pages.

Linda Kay: I'm Linda Kay, main investigator of Kay and Associates. We investigate the paranormal. Here are my associates: Robert Quentin, David Cooper, Rhonda Langston, and our honorary associate, Amber Lamps.

Good Idea Fairy: What kind of paranormal activities do you guys investigate?

Linda Kay: We investigate ghosts, demons, UFOs, extraterrestrial surface anomalies, underwater anomalies, etc.

Good Idea Fairy: Awesome, can't wait to hear what you have to say... on to Psul of the Ballsacks...

Psul of the Ballsacks: I'm here for Ballsacks and Associates. We're a group that goes on the Internet trolling people that harass pretend veterans as phonies. My associates are all basically trolling the Internet right now; however, my counsel Daniel Alan Bernath is with me.

Daniel Alan Bernath: You forgot to say, "Over"!

Good Idea Fairy: Over...

Daniel Alan Bernath: Not you Mrs. Fairy, Mr. Ballsacks! This is like what we do in naval communications.

Psul of the Ballsacks: Over...

Daniel Alan Bernath: My clients are being terrorized by those out to get them. These are bullies, terrorists, thugs, etc. I want to get this Valor Vulture conspiracy out in the open. The other client, Dallas Wittgenfeld, will be here, he's running late... Over...

Good Idea Fairy: Late over what?

Daniel Alan Bernath: You're supposed comment when I say "over"!

Good Idea Fairy: Okay, Mac, let's go back to you. Please tell us what your websites are all about.

Mac: There's this unnatural hero worship going on. I want to fight against that because it's unhealthy. To fight against troop worship, I created "The Troops Are Welfare Whores" Facebook group. I did this to combat people worshiping the troops. I also created an open page called "Police Are Welfare Whores."

Good Idea Fairy: But how can they be that, how could they be welfare whores if they get paid?

Mac: With the government dime... I don't need the military, state organized militias, the police departments, etc. We can protect ourselves. They're doing for us what we can do for ourselves. The government steals from us so that they could run these welfare programs at all government levels.

Narrator: Sound enters the room. It starts off light and gets louder... Whomp clunk... Whomp clunk... whomp clunk... whomp clunk...  It sounded like it was coming down from the hall and getting closer to the room.

Good Idea Fairy: That noise is getting intrusive, can security go out there and see what's going on?

Narrator: Daniel Alan Bernath looks at Mac and starts commenting.

Daniel Alan Bernath: As an Honorary Chief Petty Officer, I say that you're saying that under the banner of the freedom that we provided you...

Narrator: The "whomp clunk" noise stopped.

Mac: Pipe down welfare whore, I served in Desert Storm. I did 10 years in the welfare whore active military and another two years at the welfare whore reserve center that should be destroyed!

Daniel Alan Bernath: Well I'm a Vietnam veteran. You better show some respect before my client, Dallas Wittgenfeld gets here. He has no patience for what he calls "millennial veterans," which is what he would categorize you.

Narrator: Psul of the Ballsacks turns toward Mac.

Psul of the Ballsack: If they have This Ain't Hell posters there, that could be arranged! Do you know when your former reserve center drills next? I'll just accuse them of being phonies!

Narrator: At this moment, security shows up, flanking Adrian Parks. Adrian Park's eyes were wide and his teeth bearing smile was ear to ear. That smile and teeth bearing stare were frozen on his face. Adrian Parks wore a colander on his head. He just stood there with that stare and smile frozen on his face.

Security 1: We found this guy in the hallway, walking into the walls paramecium/gnat stile, slowly making his way over to this room's door.

Good Idea Fairy: There's an empty seat next to Mac, go ahead and help yourself to that seat.

Narrator: The security guards walked Adrian Parks over to his seat. Adrian Parks stops before getting to his seat though. With security still flanking him, Adrian Parks turns to Mac. With ear to ear smile, and wide stare, he asks Mac a question.

Adrian Parks: Do you guys serve beans on Tuesday night at The Troops Are Welfare Whores Cafeteria? Every Tuesday night at the place where authorities wear white lab coats, they serve beans on Tuesday night. I live in that nice place. I LOOOOVE BEEEAAAANS!

Narrator: Security sits Adrian Parks. While he is going through the motion of sitting down, Adrian Parks keeps staring at Mac. At this moment, everybody in the room hears a loud "Thud" on the roof. It's followed by a "THUD, WHAM, THUD," followed by a dragging sound across the roof.

Daniel Alan Bernath: That should be my client, Dallas Wittgenfeld.

Good Idea Fairy: Tell us about yourself Adrian Parks!

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Uses his Phony PhD to justify his Wearing a Lab Smock

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier poses while wearing a phony lab smock after he received his phony PhD from Kennedy Western University. KWU was a university that didn't have accreditation when Denny Chevalier was working on his phony PhD.  Consequently, Dennis Chevalier didn't do valid doctoral work while "matriculated" at KWU.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier "earned" his "PhD" at Kennedy Western University. Throughout the entire time that Denny was working on his "doctorate degree", Kennedy Western University did not have accreditation.

This means that whatever work Dennis Chevalier did for Kennedy Western University didn't count. There's a reason to why they did not have accreditation during the time that Dennis Howard Chevalier was "matriculated" there.

When Denny Chevalier "completed" his "doctorate" degree, he received a card with a bunch of congratulatory statements. These weren't the statements that one would make congratulating someone else for completing a doctorate degree.

Rather, these were comments that you'd make to pat someone in the back... for doing something they originally were expected to be able to do. It's as if they were congratulating a former "problem child".

Dennis (Denny) Chevalier likes to brag about having a "PhD" under his belt. The reality is that he never had one. He had his "dissertation" copyrighted, then he had it registered into the Library of Congress. His "work" has since dropped from their list of stored works. That won't stop Denny Chevalier from bragging that he did "doctoral level work," then bragging that it got accepted into the Library of Congress.

This is all a sham.

Denny Howard Chevalier likes to argue that Kennedy Western University doesn't "now" have the license or accreditation. He's trying to imply that it "had" one when he was working on his "dissertation." The reality is that it never had accreditation. It didn't have one when he was "earning" his "PhD." It doesn't have one now.

Consequently, the degree that he received from Kennedy Western University was not worth the paper that it was printed on.

That didn't stop Dennis Howard Chevalier from nicknaming himself "Doc Chevy." He proceeded to get himself a white lab coat. With this phony PhD degree, he donned his white lab coat and had a photo taken of himself in it.

Jim Parker investigated Dennis (Denny) Chevalier's academic claims. His research concluded that many of Dennis's academic claims were false. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Dennis's claims of having a "PhD" were false.

Here is part of what he said:

"For one thing, the 'complaint' he posted appears to be altered (as some have clearly noticed.) That last sentence he circled has been added recently. I'm sure I have the original complaint filed away somewhere and it didn't have that part on it, and there's no reason it would have, as the site I dedicated to him only addressed his phony academic credentials -- I hadn't even touched on his military (or lack thereof) credential yet." -- Jim Parker

An ex-girlfriend also saw him and refused to believe that he had a doctoral degree in psychology:

"As a health care professional, I found his claims for having a PhD in psychology a real stretch. There's NO WAY he has a PhD in Psych. most doctoral professionals have lots of educational and training materials for referencing diagnoses. There was nothing of that sort in the house. All he talked about was how 'educated' he was, how valiant a warrior he was, how he was a 'serial rapist profiler', how he was investigating all these 'stolen valor' 'posers'." -- flyonthewall

His writings across the Internet, on behalf of his business, don't reflect well on somebody that claims to have a PhD. They don't reflect well on someone that allegedly ran a business related to law enforcement.

Ladies, Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier received a phony PhD from a diploma mill that was not accredited to award academic degrees. He's a phony doctor, phony veteran, phony SWAT veteran, phony PhD holder, etc.

Not only is Dennis Chevalier guilty of stolen valor, he's also guilty of stolen scholar.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier's Phony Military Claims Part I -- An Interview

Johannes Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that This Ain't Hell is an American Legion Blog, is that true?

thebesig: They're separate entities. This Ain't Hell is a privately owned blog. Jonn Lilyea and Mark Seavey are its main administrators.

Hans Fallada: So where did Dennis (Denny) Chevalier get the idea that the American Legion owns "This Ain't Hell"?

thebesig: Dennis Howard Chevalier thinks that because one of the administrators works for the American Legion, that the American Legion owns TAH. That would be like someone claiming that the military owns and runs my own personal blog. Pure nonsense. But then again, so is Dennis Chevalier.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier told Robert Quentin that he was accused of impersonating a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) of the Civil Air Patrol. Do you have any knowledge of someone accusing him of such?

thebesig: No. We acknowledged that Dennis Howard Chevalier was a member of CAP. We weren't contesting that. We had issues with him claiming Gulf War service as a C130 pilot, of his claiming C130 pilot experiences, and of his claiming to be a retired USAF LTC.

Hans Fallada: On his blog, Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claimed that you guys questioned his Texas State Guard and his reserve police officer experiences. He showed evidence that he was part of those organizations. What do you say about that?

thebesig: Denny wasted his time with that entry. We didn't doubt that he served as a reserve police officer, we didn't doubt his service with the Texas State Guard.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier insists that he never claimed that he was a member of the USAF, that he never was a USAF officer, that he never flew C130s, and that he didn't claim to have deployed to Iraq during the Gulf War. Why don't you believe him?

thebesig: He left comments up, throughout the internet, making those claims. TAH posters collected screen captures of him making those statements, and made the appropriate posts. It didn't stop there.

Fedupexwifeofdhc, one of his ex-wives, said that she overheard him making those claims to others... face to face. Dennis Chevalier even tried to convince her that "CAP" and "USAF" were the same thing. He did this so that he could turn around and talk about being a USAF LTC. He even tried to convince her that he did, in fact, deploy to Iraq during the Gulf War.

Hans Fallada: But, Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claimed that he got hacked, and that he didn't make those statements. He claimed that a hacker, wanting to take him down because of where his investigation was leading him, created these profiles and made those claims. He even showed documentation on his blog.

thebesig: The name on that documentation, Jim Parker, posted on This Ain't Hell. Jim Parker, thanks to GD Contractor's efforts, jumped on the thread. Jim stated that the document was altered, and that "hacking" wasn't an issue during the abandoned lawsuit.

We suspected such. Even if Jim didn't jump in, we believed that Dennis (Denny) Chevalier was using "hacking" as an excuse to explain his phony claims away. Fedupexwifeofdhc, one of his ex-wives, came on here and talked about how he blamed hackers when she caught him red handed with his love communications.

Hans Fallada: So, why didn't Robert Quentin ask Dennis (Denny) Chevalier about Jim Parker?

thebesig: Because Robert Quentin is just another one of Dennis Howard Chevalier's sock puppet. This wasn't a case of someone "looking in from the outside" trying to wade through and make sense out of things. This was Dennis Howard Chevalier using a sock puppet in a futile effort to try to baffle us with nonsense.

Hans Fallada: So Robert Quentin is a sock puppet like me, right?

thebesig: Yes. His Linda Kay and David Cooper entities are also made up names. They are sock puppets, just like Robert Quentin. Dennis Howard Chevalier uses those names as sock puppets.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier talked about his signature block. He claims he got tired and shortened, "USAF Auxiliary CAP, Retired," to just "USAF retired." We're human. Would you be willing to entertain that he did that out of laziness, or under a time crunch, and not out of stolen valor intent?

thebesig: That was deliberate. He wasn't being lazy. On message boards and on emails, you can set your signature. Once you set your signature, you don't have to retype that signature, it shows up with every post, or email, that you make depending on the signature setting that you selected.

Whether he was lazy or not wasn't relevant. Once you set the signature parameters, you don't have to do much else, just generate your post/email and go from there.

Dennis Howard Chevalier deliberately changed his signature to read, "Lt. Col. USAF Retired." His military dot com profile reflects that attitude.

Hans Fallada: OK, so if a hacker put those comments up, why didn't Dennis Chevalier remove them?

thebesig: Because there was no hacker involved. Dennis Howard Chevalier made those statements with the intention of leaving those statements up "indefinitely."

Hans Fallada: What makes you say that?

thebesig: Whenever someone on TAH found an old website where Denny made his phony veteran claims, he'd go over to the site and delete it. This shows that HE, and not the hacker, had control of those profiles and comments.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that the letter to the coin collector is fake. Is that true?

thebesig: The letter that he claims is fake, that was posted on TAH, is genuine. His ex-wife said that he had a habit of blaming others for his own actions.

Hans Fallada: So when he claimed to be a pilot of an C130 in Iraq, that was him making that claim?

thebesig: Yes. His ex-wife said that Dennis Howard Chevalier bragged about flying a C130 in Iraq. Since he'd make that claim to her, and insist that it's true, he's going to make that claim on a letter.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier's Phony Military Claims Part II -- An Interview

Hans Fallada: So, when Dennis (Denny) Chevalier denies that he made claims of flying a C130, on any website, he's lying?

thebesig: Yes. His ex-wife witnessed him make that claim in face to face conversations. He tried to convince her that he flew such aircraft. He was adamant about those events happening. What he writes on paper is a reflection of what he says in person.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that he has enemies wanting to make his life miserable, that they'd say anything, or do anything, to mess with him.

thebesig: All we're doing is gathering facts. We could research this on the Internet, or listen to his ex-wives accounts of marriage with him. Our research, his ex-wives first hand observations, and Dennis Howard Chevalier's statements, work together to build a picture of a man that did in fact claim to have flown C130, who claimed to have USAF service, and who claimed to have combat deployed to Iraq during the Gulf War as a C130 pilot.

We've confronted him with these facts.

Dennis Howard Chevalier, like a child, refuses to come to terms with the fact that his phony persona has been called out. He's actually panicking, because his phony persona has been thoroughly discredited. He does not want future women, potential dates/wives, to find out about this.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that Scotty Hughes went after him, because Denny posted some of the Scott's links on his site. Is this true?

thebesig: Dennis Howard Chevalier made his Facebook "stolen valor" site look very much like Scotty Hughes' Facebook page. Scott got on Dennis' case for doing this.

Hans Fallada: Did Dennis (Denny) Chevalier bust any phonies?

thebesig: No. His spoof of a site showed no evidence that he busted any phonies. He attempted to give those, that provided him with leads, questions that'd require them to do the legwork. The sense I got, from reading his replies to them, was that he wanted them to do the work. Once they gave him the results of their search, he could craft a Facebook post that essentially gives him credit for the bust.

Dennis Howard Chevalier didn't make any busts, he was a phony "valor thief hunter," just as he's a phony "retired USAF LTC," a phony "C130 pilot," a phony "Gulf War Veteran," and a phony "SWAT" veteran.

Hans Fallada: Why do you guys contact people on the phony veteran's friend's list when the issue is with the phony veteran, like Dennis (Denny) Chevalier, and not with them?

thebesig: most of the time when people make false military claims, we've found that these phonies have told their story to friends and family. We want to make sure that they're aware of the truth.

When Dennis Howard Chevalier got exposed as a phony retired USAF LTC, we had to inform the people on his friend's list, as well as the Texas State Guard, that they had a phony in their midst.

Hans Fallada: Did Dennis (Denny) Chevalier answer the questions that you asked him?

thebesig: NO.

Hans Fallada: But Dennis (Denny) Chevalier insisted that he answered you guys' questions. He claimed that you guys refused to acknowledge them... he claims that you guys taunted and coursed him instead.

thebesig: We asked him questions specifically addressing his phony claims in 3 areas: his phony claim that he was a retired USAF LTC; his phony claim that he flew C130s; and his phony claim that he combat deployed to Iraq as a C130 pilot during the Gulf War.

As the threads progressed, we added questions involving his claims of local police level valor awards. "This Ain't Hell" posters asked Dennis Howard Chevalier to provide actual articles to support his claims. They also wanted points-of-contact information so that they could independently verify Denny's claims.

Instead of answering these questions, per the parameters we set, Dennis Howard Chevalier addressed questions that we didn't ask. He spent a lot of time presenting an argument proving things we had no issues with... things that we already believed was the case.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claimed that he discovered that half of you guys never served. Is that true?

thebesig: I've served a cumulative of 22 years in the military as of March 2014. That's a little over one year for every day that Dennis Howard Chevalier served in the Army National Guard (20 days). I'm still serving.

I could tell, based on my own military experience, that a good number of those posting on TAH have military experience.

Absent being able to recognize someone else's experiences based on my own... or being able to call someone out on their BS based on their lack of experience... or the posters here who've specifically been identified as having served... there's not much one can do to tell who, among the posters, served and who didn't.

Dennis Howard Chevalier is pulling cheese based crap out of his ass when he makes that claim about half "never" serving.

Hans Fallada: Did This Ain't Hell put out a "wanted dead or alive" poster on Dennis (Denny) Chevalier?

thebesig: No.

Hans Fallada: But Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claimed that you guys put out wanted posters on him.

thebesig: These wanted posters, including the one on Dennis, don't call for harm or death. They just call on the community to shame these posers for stealing valor and/or claiming military experience that they don't possess.

Hans Fallada: Did you guys drive Wayne Hayden and Ike Densmore to their suicides?

thebesig: No.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier has accused you guys of being terrorists, and hints that you guys are behind their suicides due to you guys "stalking" them.

thebesig: These veterans claimed experience that they didn't have. A couple of valor blogs called them out. Many veterans spread the truth about him to this veteran's contacts. These veterans could've simply come clean about their experiences, apologized, and moved on.

They had a choice, they could've taken the honorable action, which I just mentioned. Instead, they made the decision to end their lives. Nobody told them to end their own life... they made that decision themselves, which is unfortunate.

Nobody told them to end their own lives, they unfortunately made that decision on their own.

Hans Fallada: You said that you guys gather the facts, then inform people in the phony veteran's contact list. Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that you guys have no use for the facts. Only one of you is right about this.

thebesig: Dennis Howard Chevalier considers his emotions, feelings, desires, and wants as "concrete facts." He dismisses facts that harm his position, as "stalking and harassing." Dennis Chevalier has no use for the facts. He makes up for that by lying extensively.

Hans Fallada: Why did you guys inform the Texas State Guard about Dennis (Denny) Chevalier?

thebesig: Because his attitude and conduct is inconsistent with their values. Members of the Texas State Guard posted on one of the Dennis Chevalier threads, and verified that statement. If they're consistent with their values, they'd have more than just Dennis Howard Chevalier's documentation... for the training that he didn't complete... to remove him from the Texas State Guard.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that if anybody disagrees with you guys' "limited view" of the world, you guys will go after them. He also said that you guys would be terrorists and destroy their lives.

thebesig: The reality is that he refused to answer our simple, straightforward questions. His refusal to answer those questions, his insistence in using red herrings and strawmen required us to hold his feet to the fire. We insisted in requiring him to answer our questions per our parameters.

His real issue is with us forcing him to answer simple questions he knows would destroy his own argument. He's "terrified" that he'll have to give up his phony persona and rely on his actual persona.

It's crucial for Dennis Howard Chevalier that these facts do not come to light. He does not want potential dates/wives to see this information.

The destruction that he's talking about is the destruction we're inflicting on his phony persona and his phony background. By logical extension, making his efforts to find a new wife/date more difficult. He can't handle the idea that he'd have to rely on his real persona, accomplishments, and his real world accomplishments instead of one that he wants others to believe.

He can't handle it when we destroy his story in the eyes of the people that he has lied to.

Hans Fallada:  Dennis (Denny) Chevalier shows a play by play showing things that he complains you guys won't accept. Does this go back to him advancing red herrings and straw men arguments?

thebesig: Yes. I responded to him, point by point, forcing him to stick to the issue. We also forced him to focus on questions that destroy his argument and persona. This is what he means by "twisting and turning." He's tap dancing instead of having the integrity to answer our questions truthfully.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims to have answered all of you guys questions, but you're not satisfied?

thebesig: No, because he answered questions he assumed we asked, or hoped we asked, and not questions that we actually asked him.

Hans Fallada: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier's ex-wife claims spousal abuse, and so does another ex-wife. Dennis Chevalier denies this, so we have a "he said she said" story here. I take it that you don't buy Dennis's claims that those spousal abuse incidents didn't happen.

thebesig: I believe the ex-wives. Prior to fedupexwifeofdhc jumping in, I had slotted Dennis Howard Chevalier into a profile. This is one of many profiles that I've came up with based on the people I've debated with on the internet over the years.

Fedupexwife substantiated my profile on Dennis (Denny) Chevalier. This included him being a control freak wanting things to go his way, and his being abusive if necessary to get his way.

Though Dennis Denny Chevalier denies this, and challenges people to find evidence of his being charged and convicted. The domestic violence complaints against Dennis Howard Chevalier are on file with the police department. Fedupexwife has challenged him to look for it, but he refuses.

Denny claims to still be working his phony investigative services, because he wasn't convicted of domestic violence. That doesn't mean that the domestic violence "didn't" happen. It means that he got away with committing domestic violence.

Hans Fallada:  Dennis (Denny) Chevalier refuses to accept the Wilmer Police Department's explanation that they never had a SWAT team and that they were too small to have one. He explains that none of the current people were there when he was there, and that they couldn't speak for the time Dennis was there.

thebesig: Dennis Howard Chevalier is pulling more cheese based crap out of his hind end again.

An internet search shows that big cities generally have the SWAT teams. The officer at the Wilmer Police Department worked there long enough to know that station's history. He'll also know the resources and manpower that the department has. By logical extension, he'll know what these officers would be able to support.

Also, if you look at a map of Wilmer, and the surrounding areas, there simply isn't enough of a population density. That's the population that you'll pull your police force from. This suggests that with a smaller population to draw from, you won't have that many people to form a SWAT team with.

However, Wilmer is close enough to Dallas for it to benefit from a Dallas based SWAT team.

Hans Fallada:  Dennis (Denny) Chevalier claims that This Ain't Hell is a central location for people with an axe to grind. You've posted there before Dennis Howard Chevalier got his "fame" there, is that close to describing that place?

thebesig:  It's a place for veterans, service members, and their supporters to come together and share information. This is factual information, not "axe to grind" nonsense. We work together to do research on military fakers. Many of us also do our own research. When we've gathered enough information, we provide this information to the administrators of TAH.

We're working together to hold phony veterans and veteran/military embellishers accountable for their phony claims. We also make sure that we post enough information here for others that decide to do research on these losers.

We make sure that we have the cold hard facts... given what we're working with... before we present the results of our research. We're not making things up to give people a hard time.

Hans Fallada:  So this extensive research that you guys do, that's what Dennis (Denny) Chevalier is claiming as "stalking," right?

thebesig: Yes.

Hans Fallada:  This extensive research, and your comments based on this research, is causing Dennis (Denny) Chevalier a lot of high stress, anxiety, and paranoia...

thebesig: It's causing Dennis Howard Chevalier to feel paranoia and stress, because he's seeing that his phony persona and phony military history is threatened. He knows that if we keep on providing information that his claims are false, people around him will no longer believe him.

More importantly, he fears that potential dates/wives will see this information.

If they no longer believe him... if future friends/dates quickly call his claims to question because of our statements here... then Dennis Chevalier's illusions of grandeur would be shattered. What's left is something that Dennis Chevalier can't live with.

It speaks volumes when Dennis Howard Chevalier has to claim to be a retired USAF LTC to pick women up. This means that he hasn't amounted to much in real life in a way that he could attract women on his own real accomplishments.

He's a great big loser, a big fat galoot, someone with self-esteem, eating, control, and other issues. If he loses his narcissistic illusions about himself, that's all he'll be left with.

Hans Fallada: Well, I believe that we covered a lot of ground, do you have anything to add?

thebesig:  Yes. BASF, BP Amoco, Chevron USA, Lyondell Chemical, and Shell, should ring a bell with Dennis Howard Chevalier. Based on fedupexwifeofdhc's statement, Dennis Chevalier has claimed that his exposure to chemicals during the Gulf War made him sick.

So, if I contact their corporate headquarters, legal department, what could I help them discover? They'll need to check on the Dennis Howard Chevalier links on "This Ain't Hell."

I wonder if Dennis Denny Chevalier blamed his exposure to chemicals in Iraq, and if he won a settlement from those companies as a result of those claims. Well, I could think of one way to find out... :D

He loses whether he blamed exposure in Iraq or in the US.

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Blames a Hacker for his Internet Lies, Get's Called Out for This Lie -- An Interview

Hans Fallada: Well ladies, if you're reading this, it's because someone responded to your personal advertisement. This someone goes by the name of Dennis Howard Chevalier. He told you that he flew C130s in Iraq while in the USAF during the Gulf War. He told you that he's a retired USAF LTC.

Since you wanted find out who he really is, and what's he like, you did an internet search and landed here.

You're in luck. In this interview, you'll get the basic information you need to decide whether you want to pursue going out with Dennis (Denny) Chevalier... or move on to the next guy.

With me are the women from Dennis Howard Chevalier's past. We have his sixth ex-wife, Dora Lee. We have "Gulf War ex Wife" with us, along with "horseshoesandhandgrenades." The later was in the beginning stages of dating him, but listened to her gut instincts and left.

We also have "flyonthewall," who has met both Dennis Chevalier and Dora Lee.

We have "thebesig" here to address Dennis Chevalier's military claims. We also have "Jim Parker" here to address Dennis Chevalier's main defense against the "This Aint Hell" debate team.

We've sent invitations out to Chevalier and Associates. Dennis (Denny) Chevalier, Robert Quentin, David Cooper, and Linda Kay. They're here with us today.

With that being said, welcome everybody to the program.

thebesig: Thanks, we're glad to be here.

Dennis Chevalier and Associates: ...

Hans Fallada: Thebesig, could you give us a summary of what's going on?

thebesig: Sure! :D This started when someone got wind that Dennis Howard Chevalier was going around claiming to be a retired USAF LTC, that he flew C130s in Iraq during the Gulf War, that he got injured in a police mission that resulted in him getting awarded police level valor awards, etc.

One of the things that got the spotlight focused on Dennis (Denny) Chevalier was his obsession with Don Shipley, and his pirating of Scotty Hughes artwork for a copycat site.

Hans Fallada: Dennis, is that what happened?

Dennis Chevalier: A hacker did it. Only a fool keeps trying to push that crappy position that I am impersonating someone or something.

Dora Lee: Dennis, you told anyone that would listen how you flew C-130s and how you were on the compass call and when you flew by it was lights out for the Taliban...

Narrator: Dora Lee turns towards Hans Fallada...

Dora Lee: ...He had a helmet, that was a pilot helmet that he kept under glass that had "Hollywood" on the backside. He said that was his call sign in Iraq. He also told me that the reason he got cancer was because of exposure to the oil.

thebesig:  Dennis (Denny) Chevalier, you accuse a hacker of going around and making claims about you serving in the Air Force, about you flying C130s, and about you serving in Iraq. You insinuate that you didn't have anything to do with that.

Hans Fallada: "Gulf War ex Wife," you were married to Dennis Howard Chevalier during the Persian Gulf War. Did he actually deploy to Iraq?

Gulf War ex Wife: He would not have been eligible to go to Iraq and he didn't. He never left the state of Texas while we were married.

Hans Fallada: How long was your marriage to Dennis Howard Chevalier?

Linda Kay: They were married from November of 1989 to July of 1991.

Hans Fallada: Now, about this hacker...

Dora Lee: Dennis will bully and divert and blame everyone for anything that goes wrong in his life. Right now he is blaming me for hacking, if I knew how to hack, I would be a millionaire!

thebesig: Dora, didn't you say that Dennis (Denny) Chevalier blames a hacker whenever he's caught red handed making comments he later distances himself from?

Dora Lee: Yes.

Dennis Howard Chevalier: You say I claimed to be a C130 Pilot and flew in Iraq but no proof is found anywhere except by a hacked letter by Parker.... But the most significant was the issue of me being hacked in early 2000 with manufactured documents by J. Parker that included USAF, C130's, Iraq and much much more. I filed a lawsuit against him.

Hans Fallada: So, did you file a criminal complaint against Jim Parker for hacking you, and making those comments for you?

Dennis Howard Chevalier: I didn't file a criminal case against Parker because he admitted his wrong doings...yeah I know not a great move either but it does support what I have said all along...

Hans Fallada: Jim, let me bring you in to respond, he dropped the case. Was it for your wrong doings, or for something else?

Jim Parker: He dropped his silly law suit...

His case was un-winnable (he didn't have a single shred of evidence).

In appearing for the case, I would be able to introduce all his phony "credentials" into the public record for the whole world to see, and I'd make damn sure they saw it.

I reminded him of the penalties in Texas for filing frivolous and baseless law suits, as well as the fact that by simply filing the complaint, he had already committed perjury (signed petitions are considered sworn statements in Texas and therefore fall under CHAPTER 37 of the Texas Penal Code entitled: PERJURY AND OTHER FALSIFICATION).

He trundled his fat ass down to the court house the very next day and dropped the suit.

Hans Fallada: Let's focus on the lawsuit that Dennis (Denny) Chevalier tried to start. Let's ignore the first part of the complaint comment, as we've established that was BS anyway. We'll focus on the part that supports Denny's claims; that a hacker, presumably you, created profiles for him. Through these profiles, the hacker made claims about him flying C130s, about him flying C130s in Iraq during the Gulf War, and about him being a retired USAF LTC.

You say that you didn't do that, but Dennis Chevalier claims that's precisely what you did...

David Cooper: Haaaaaaah... I got you Dennis buddy... I was there when Dennis Chevalier filed that claim, that part wasn't there. Hacking wasn't anywhere in Dennis Chevalier's cognitive process back then, he just wanted to get even with Jim Parker for exposing his phony academic credentials.

This hacking thing about his claims is just an excuse to cover up Dennis (Denny) Chevalier's lies... KAH-COW!

thebesig: I did notice that although the writing on the comments section came from the same person, their appearance was such that the "hacking complaint " showed that it wasn't written on the same day as the previous portion of the complaint. He circled the portion that he added in.

Hans Fallada: Let's go back to Jim Parker... on This Ain't Hell, you claimed that you received a copy of the complaint. Did yours have the circled portion shown on Dennis Chevalier's blog?

Jim Parker: I only glanced briefly at the silly shit he's posting on his "evidence" blog, and it's friggin' hilarious!

For one thing, the "complaint" he posted appears to be altered (as some have clearly noticed). That last sentence he circled has been added recently. I'm sure I have the original complaint filed away somewhere and it didn't have that part on it, and there's no reason it would have, as the site I dedicated to him only addressed his phony academic credentials -- I hadn't even touched on his military (or lack thereof) credential yet...

Linda Kay: ... During our Chevalier and Associates staff meeting in the bathroom one night, when Denny ate a 7 pound block cheese, Dennis (Denny) Chevalier told us about his "war" stories. He did say that he flew C130s in Iraq, and that he was a retired USAF LTC... KAH-COW!

Dora Lee: I keep questioning him, how can USAF and CAP be one in the same? CIVAL... AIR... PATROL... UNITED... STATES... AIR... FORCE! Wonder if he thinks because they both have "AIR" in the title they are one in the same? He spent 2 years trying to convince me they were the same.

thebesig: Dennis (Denny) Chevalier tried to convince Dora Lee that CAP and USAF was the same thing, because he needed validation. From there, he could proceed to claim that he was a retired USAF LTC. With that, he could go on to continue to claim that he flew C130s in Iraq.

He had already told these lies to Dora Lee when they met, but he still needed validation. He knows for a fact that he never was in the USAF, that he never was a C130 pilot, and that he never was deployed to Saudi Arabia/Iraq during the Gulf War.

He still insisted on making these claims face to face. He can't blame that on a hacker, unless he's willing to claim that a ghost possessed him to make those comments.

Hans Fallada: So, we've established that Dennis (Denny) Chevalier was never in the military. Based on the document that he placed on his site, he did 20 days in the actual National Guard, and was in the inactive guard until the early '90s. He did nothing for the country for the inactive guard portion, all he had was an "affiliation" with the guard... unless there's documentation showing that he got kicked out of the inactive guard as well.

Robert Quentin: Correct... KAH-COW!

thebesig: Dennis Howard Chevalier made numerous verbal claims that he, as an Air Force officer, flew C130s in Iraq during the Gulf War. He told anyone that'd listen. He matched this by making similar matching statements on the internet. A hacker didn't make those claims, Dennis (Denny) Chevalier made those claims.

Hans Fallada: I noticed that the "associates" in "Chevalier and Associates" keep saying, "KAH-COW," and they appear to contradict Dennis Chevalier's claims. I also noticed that their clothing has blue themes as opposed to the yellow themes on what Dennis Chevalier is wearing. I also noticed that the "associates" have falcon symbols.

David Cooper: Haaaaaaaaaah... because we're his buddy, and we have his back!

Linda Kay: Haaaaaaaaaah... Blue Falcons! That's us!

Robert Quentin: Haaaaaaaaaah... KAH-COW!

Hans Fallada: OK, based on an overwhelming first hand observations, we can conclude that Dennis (Denny) Chevalier never was in the USAF. He never flew C130s, he didn't deploy to the Middle East during the Gulf War to fly C130s over Iraq, and that he can't claim to be a retired USAF LTC.

Now, let's move on to what it's like to be married to Dennis Chevalier, or to be dating him...

Dennis Chevalier: This interview is over...

Hans Fallada: Yup, it's about time we break anyway. In the next interview, we'll cover the marriage and relationship issues, so that our female viewers can get a fair description of what a relationship with Dennis Howard Chevalier is like.

Dennis Howard Chevalier, good luck at your next Texas State Guard drill!

Dennis (Denny) Howard Chevalier Convinces His Dates to Marry Him Soon, he Can't Handle Being Nice -- An Interview

Hans Fallada: Ladies, if you're reading this, it's because you just did an internet search on Dennis (Denny) Chevalier. You're considering whether to go on a date with him or not... or you're starting to suspect that he's a bit "loco".

The previous interview covered Dennis Howard Chevalier's phony military claims. Today, we'll cover his relationships with women.

First, Dora Lee. Tell us about when you met with Dennis Howard Chevalier.

Dora Lee: When we met, he gave me this sob story. First, a drunk driver killed his wife and baby. Then he married again, he caught this next wife in bed with another man when he "returned" from "active duty". He chased his ex-wife's lover down the street while the later was still naked. After the chase, he came back and kicked her out.

He claimed that his next wife was a druggy and that she left their baby with a sister. He claimed that this sister was a drug dealer who took the baby to Oklahoma. He said he had to borrow a plane. He flew over to Oklahoma and landed on a highway. He broke into their house by gun point, stole the kid back, then flew back to Texas.

Hans Fallada: When did the problems begin?

Dora Lee: Once we got married, he changed. It was more of "I own you"! He wanted on my life insurance policy, and hounded me till he was on it. He wanted on my health insurance, and kept after me to make sure he was on it.

He kept us so broke, and he consistently bounced checks. I spent my money trying to cover NSF fees. His spending was out of control, he would spend 3 dollars for 1 patch and spend 7 dollars for shipping. No common sense!

Hans Fallada: What would you say Dennis Howard Chevalier's true nature is?

Dora Lee: He is 100% narcissistic! I'm talking a severe case!

Hans Fallada: To be fair, Dennis (Denny) Chevalier isn't here to defend himself. He's in a padded room, beating the padding severely as if it was the women and children he assaulted.

So, for the women reading this, could you give me an example of his narcissism?

Dora Lee: He sends me an email at work asking me why I contacted the Fort Worth Star Telegram telling them he was deceased? WTF?! I told him that I was at work and that I did not have any time to do that.

He forwards my alleged email to me. It was obvious that it originated from his email. He responded by saying that he was hacked. Nonsense, the real reason is that he likes the drama!

Hans Fallada: How did he treat your son?

Dora Lee:One time, when he thought I wasn't paying attention to him, I watched him swap out his own pills for my sons pain pills. About a week later he wanted to try to convince me that my son was trying to kill him. That resulted in us fighting. If I didn't follow his agenda and go with what he said, we were fighting.
